More Money poured into Flint

I see we have no money for anything, a struggle to get traffic calming but Flint gets whatever it wants. Dave Falkner in the paper, the Acting Environment Director announcing environmental improvements. What about Penyffordd Dave? We have a speeding traffic noise issue, is that not part of our environment?
