Is it Friday Night?

Not sitting outside in the cold with your overcoat on drinking beer are you? Woodfire and a bottle of wine here 70 degrees, I have my pyjamas on. Saw someone go into the Spar today. Put on his mask and made the sign of the cross across his chest before going in........... One of my neighbors walked past my house today fully masked up....... A friend's child coughs in class this morning and is ordered home, one despairs at this fear created by government and media. May you roast in hell.

Vision for former Ysgol Penyffordd site

A vision has been set out which could see shops, bungalows and an events area created in place of an old school building in Flintshire.

Local councillor David Williams said he would like to see businesses, housing and an open space where events could be held.

Hurray! Penyffordd pubs have reopened.

I am told there were zero cases reported in Flintshire over the last few days. I've driven past our 2 hostelries at tea time. People sitting at tables outside with over coats on due to the cold weather we are experiencing, no inside stuff allowed

Outdoor Carboots I go to are closed for another month. Who in their right minds would vote the current bunch of wnkers back  into the Welsh Assembly?

Saw a man today in a smart coat in a cemetary in countryside on the outskirts of Llay on his own, wearing a mask .....

The Maelor Hospital back to normal, no where to park. Another Welsh Assembly success. There was loads of land next to the carpark but they built an F off central fire station most of the land and outside resources are never used.

Fck you voters, yet you stupids keep voting for them. Will you never learn. Apparently not. You deserve what you get.

So,I'll pick Lisa up from work

Government exaggerated Covid Risks

with the help of Main Stream Media and Local. Who would have thought that! They pushed covid people into old folks homes killing many and frightened millions of you.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Gary Sidley, a retired NHS consultant clinical psychologist who is one of the signatories of the letter to BPS, reveals it states: “Our view is that the use of covert psychological strategies—that operate below the level of people’s awareness—to ‘nudge’ citizens to conform to a contentious and unprecedented public health policy raises profound ethical questions.”
The experiment has caused great psychological damage to some, with cases of depression and anxiety, and domestic violence rising, and there has also been a high price to pay in terms of health, with people missing important hospital appointments.

QUENTIN TARANTINO: Dancing the Pulp Fiction Twist (The Graham Norton Show) Friday Night

Would you want Wales to leave the United Kingdom?

I've stopped watching media but this keeps popping up on my Facebook, can't block it because its an advert, everyone different.

Apparently if Labour and Plaid Cymru get enough seats in the forth coming Welsh elections they will press to leave the United Kingdom.

Rejoining the EU is on the table.

England is quite capable of surviving without Wales.

Wales without England will have to rely on the sht show known as the EU.

Otherwise we plunge to 3rd world status.

Can't see England letting this happen on Constitutional grounds and rightly so.

England is the powerhouse of the Union. Wales is a minion. England just gave us another £400M.

Labour led Welsh Assembly have run the Welsh NHS for 20 years. Hardly a success.

Let's not let the idiots prevail, two great men.

Why is the world full of little people?

postscript: Said Good Morning to someone up the road, his reply and actions show him to  have lost the plot. There's a person on Wellhouse I know who has withdrawn to his house will no longer go for walks because of the virus. Two broken men.

People who walk through country lanes with masks. Seen one today. I know him, used to have a brain. Most probably on blood pressure tablets......

People who walk past you not even giving you a nod/hello to your existence. What sad people are they.

People who drive cars with masks on.

People who ride bicycles wearing masks.

People who frown on you driving/walking  along country lanes, you're not local......

People who give you the death stare for not wearing a mask, happened yesterday. Vyrnwy.

People who will avoid you by walking over to the other side of the road.

People who will walk into the road risking death from oncoming vehicles to avoid you.

People who will stay in doors for 14 months scared to leave their house.  ( I know a person)

People who agree with all  FM Drakeford political bullsht manoeverings.

People who are happy that doctor surgery phone lines open at 8.30 am and close at 8.32am full up for the day. Its happening.

Doctor receptionists who deny my wife access to a doctor, my heart rate 105, BP 210 / 105, yet are a gagging to give me a coronavirus experimental vaccine ( corruption)

I've written to a senior practice doctor regarding medication and mood disorders ( plenty of stuff on google )  ( Beta and Calcium Channel Blockers ) No reply.........

People who are happy with local councils employees, doctors being paid full wages working "from home". Lets save the NHS !.

"working from home" A euphemism for being paid full wages for doing FA. I see a Chester Council employee on £40K a year most days.

I despair, you little people who abide by the rules can FO, we need a revolution, its not coming though.

I've given up, you can just get on with it, I have my little paradise prepared and running.

Welsh Elections are upcoming. I won't be bothering.

ps. I'm showing 158/85 over the last week with no ahole BP medication, not going yet.....

More Covid Madness

I'm informed by someone that  I can go into England but cannot go for an alcoholic drink in a pub garden.

How much more nonsense are you serfs going to put up with?

Quite a lot if the number of people I see wearing masks walking around the village is anything to go by.

One can imagine Chester Council sending in an employee who lives in Wales to ask for a drink.

In other news, Wrexham Primark had large queues outside today with the relaxation of the rules. I wasn't in it.........

Dog Stealing News

postcript: Still happening today ( Friday) . A male in a white van approached two lady walkers ( separate incidents ) with dogs, one lady ran in somebody's garden. NWP are aware.

A women walking her dog in Penyffordd ( source Penyffordd FB )  was stopped by a male in a white van yesterday. Registration number given to North Wales Police. One lady resident is frightened to take her dog for a walk.

What are Penyffordd County Cllrs and and Community Cllrs doing about this?

What are local media saying?

Apparently NWP are on the case. But shit show comments say otherwise"Police have warned people not to take the law into their own hands after "unfounded allegations" were spread on social media about alleged dog snatch attempts in Wrexham."https://www.dailypost.co.uk/news/north-wales-news/police-respond-reports-alleged-dog-20280993

Instant liason between residents and NWP via Facebook would help.

I've stopped going to Buckley. Don't like the layout.

I go to Mold skip on the Nerquis road.

Usually quieter.

Dog Thieves

are visiting Penyffordd and surrounding villages and towns.  They usually have a white van, 2 or three of them. They will use violence to separate you from your dogs. They mark the front of houses/gardens so associates know where the dogs are. They can be East European, have a strong Irish accent or Asian. Details and photos are all over local Facebooks. It is happening nationally.

I have a lot to say on this but will end up with a police warning so I'll just leave it as above.

Speedy Business

Not so well done to the  Flintshire County Council Refuse Team who sprayed Crossroads and Hawarden Rd with litter that fell out of the wagon last Tuesday morning. ( and not picked up )

Perhaps Penyffordd Council need to have a word.....

Kinnerton Lakes

What I write here may be unsubstantiated (writing pants ) but here goes. I was in Larry's pub The Bridge Inn at Pontblyddyn talking to a couple some years ago. The man brought up Kinnerton Lakes, he said they were underground.

Do Hanson Cement draw water from them? This sign is in Bramley Lane, Kinnerton. There is one in Barracks Lane ( someone calls it Cow Shit Lane ) Penyffordd. I'm sure I've seen others on road sides back through Penymynydd to Padeswood.

Seem to remember water drains into Kinnerton Lakes from the Wirral amongst other sources.

Coronavirus News

https://www.leaderlive.co.uk/news/19152634.latest-heat-map-shows-wrexham-flintshires-community-coronavirus-figures-compare/

Last measured data for a 7 day period.

• Pen-y-ffordd and Higher Kinnerton – 0-2 cases and rate of less than 33 cases per 100,000 people.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So 2 cases in 7 days equals in a population of 5000 ( Penyffordd and  Higher Kinnerton )

Cases per day equals 0.2875 cases per day.

0.2857 of 5000 residents as a percent equals 0.0057 per day.

When a professional musician sits down at a public piano

Coronavirus News

The Leader have stopped reporting cases..... wonder why?

Penyffordd FB report 14 cases daily for yesterday for Flintshire.

14 cases as a % of 155,000 of Flintshire County equals ...........

Google hates this question

Well it eventually says .01%

Which if memory serves me well is 1 in a 1000

https://www.leaderlive.co.uk/news/19123393.heat-map-shows-coronavirus-figures-wrexham-flintshire-communities-going-right-direction/

• Pen-y-ffordd and Higher Kinnerton – Five cases and rate of 81.4 cases per 100,000 people; -2 cases from last week

5 cases in a population of approx 5000

Which google tells me 0.1 %

Which is 1 in a 1000 per week.

Coronavirus News

There isn't any locally.

No leader email this week.

For the last month I've had robot emails from The leader reporting on coronavirus cases for Penyffordd and Higher Kinnerton.

Each week cases have fallen. Last week it was 0.14% of 5000 population.

Seems good news doesn't fit the narrative.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

postscript: People who run Penyffordd Main FB put on a daily graph. Can't find the link.

Its in here somewhere https://public.tableau.com/en-us/search/all/coronavirus%20flintshire

Which says Flintshire daily total yesterday was 12.8 per 100,000

which breaks down to  0.0128% of Flintshire population are testing positive daily.

Flintshire had a population 155,600 in 2020.

So 0.0128% of 155,600 is 20 cases daily. ( data comes from people tested )

Then we have the "how accurate is the test?".

It's no where near 100% last time I looked mid December 2020.

Also there are cases where people didn't turn up for tests but got letters

to say they were positive........

Tales of Paranoia

Talked to a local this morning. Usually seen walking around the village and countryside with another gent. Now he walks around on his own. The other person goes out for a daily walk at 8 am as there are too many people in the lanes later on.

There's a bag attached to our gate. Its packaging. The person who dropped the bag off will not touch the gate or the porch door.

20MPH speed limits in residential areas.

A Flintshire community has been chosen for a pilot trial of lower traffic speed limits on residential streets

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Traffic hammers through Chester Rd, Penyffordd everyday.
I see 5 yr olds hurtling down Penymynydd Rd on scooters and not being able to stop at the Chester Rd junction.

Quite easy to measure. Just put some wires across the road. They can even identify specific vehicles using vehicle wheel layout data.

Wrexham BC have been building 20 mph speed limits in residential areas for the last 10 yrs. Our local MP's village has had 20 mph speed limits for quite some years.

Global Warming News

Perhaps the coldest night of the winter tonight. Factoring in the wind we're looking at a feel like temperature of -10 degrees centigrade. Warmer weather coming Monday on wards.

Data taken from the Met Office.

Coronavirus News

Pen-y-ffordd and Higher Kinnerton – Seven cases and a rate of 114.0 cases per 100,000 people;

So if we break this down.

Population for the above areas is approx 5,000.
7 as a percentage of 5000 is 0.14%

So 0.14% of Penyffordd and Higher Kinnerton were reported to have corona virus.

The State of Penyffordd mid Coronavirus

1. Never ever seen so many people out walking.

1a. The village is dead after 9.00 am, traffic wise.

2. Those with balanced character always willing to stop to talk.

3. Those who walk around with face masks on, scared to death.

4. Those who I used to talk to regularly, seen twice in 12 months.

5. Government and media continue to spin this sht out. I'm not voting ever again.

6. Let's see who are wearing swimsuits when the tide goes out.  Who has a business with employees when Gov financial help ends.

Green Barrier Petition - Cllr David Williams

Green Barrier Petition and LDP - Additional Information
In relation to the petition that was launched the other day to try to stop further building on the outskirts of the village, including protecting the Vounog Hill sledging field, the information and map below will hopefully provide you with additional information that you may find useful.
The County are due to have their Local Development Plan (LDP 2015 to 2030) scrutinised by Welsh Governments Planning Inspectors by means of a public inquiry that starts on 16th March. Because the County have not had their plan in place, that should have been completed five years ago, we have been vulnerable to speculative development applications, where five have been approved for the village by the Planning Inspectors that are outside the currently agreed UDP boundary. The approval of this LDP plan asap therefore is essential to protect us from further speculative applications.
Attached are two maps, the first one shows the current boundary of the village in black that was created following the Unitary Development Plan (UDP 2019 to 2015). The added blue boundaries are the sites that were approved on appeal by the Inspector for outside the agreed UDP boundary that County have now included in their LDP. The second map shows the proposed amended new boundary where I have identified where we want Green barrier and the new village boundary until at least 2030. I have also noted the play areas on this map that I am looking to have protected.
Unfortunately, County would not agree to the proposals for the green barrier that I am seeking, which is why I am appealing to the Inspector to add this to the plan for the village. The amount of Green barrier I am looking for is quite ambitions, but if we can get at least the West of Vounog hill, that will be an achievement!
The intention of the petition is to give weight to our argument for this green barrier when we put our case to the Inspector when we are called on or after the 16th March, so please promote it as much as you can.
I hope this is clear for you and that you will do your best to promote this petition, and paper copies for those who do not do this kind of IT will be circulated, (allowing for Covid protection) next week.
Thank you for your support, and please feel free to contact me if you have any further queries – but not through social media!

Corona Virus Heat Maps for Penyffordd and Higher Kinnerton

https://www.leaderlive.co.uk/news/19047325.heat-maps-shows-coronavirus-cases-wrexham-flintshire-communities-dropping/

The Leader reports 26 cases for us.

So if we say 5000 residents live in Penyffordd and Higher Kinnerton

Google tells me that's 0.52% cases ( not serious injury or death )

I expect cases to go lower over the next few months due to Spring approaching.

It happens every year with Flu.

Flu has disappeared of ONS data, that should have your alarm bells ringing.

postscript: The Flu Vaccine took 10 years to develop someone tells me. It isn't anywhere near 100% effective.

Vounog Sledging Field - Cllr David Williams

After such an enjoyable day that many of you have had on the Vounog, I just want to update you on the future of this natural and brilliant village amenity.

Most of you will be aware that there is a planning application for housing from the top of the field to the public footpath opposite Park lane by the conker tree. This has been turned down by Flintshire, but has gone to appeal that is to be considered at a public inquiry with the Planning Inspectorate. This was due to have been heard last April, but delayed due to Covid where we are still waiting for a new date.

As councillors and many residents, we have all put our representations in to oppose this development, and on this occasion, Flintshires planning department are fighting this appeal as well.
Mr & Mrs Wrench and their families, who are the former land owners and now lease holders, have been fantastic for well over fifty years that I know about in allowing residents to use this field during the snow, and have also been very supportive in ensuring the public rights of way are well maintained. They have been a real credit to this village for many many years.
It is therefore extremely important that we do not lose this land to more housing, and with your support, we will fight all the way to resist any housing development on there.

Very Important info on Planning.
Many of you will also be aware that there is a Local Development Plan (LDP) being put together for the County, and my representation compiled with the Community Council is for land to the East of Vounog Hill, including the sledging field, and land West of the bypass be re-categorised as green barrier.
There is to be a inquiry run by the Inspectorate that starts on 22nd February, and in support of our case for this request, I am trying to organise an online and written petition to present to the inquiry when we are called.

The purpose of this petition is to demonstrate the general discontent of most village residents, about the amount of houses that have been built in the village, and that we have provide more than our fair share of housing for Flintshire over the past five to ten years. This concern is also shared by many who have just moved here!

It is now broadly felt that we deserve to remain an established village where our country surroundings and important farm land is protected long term. We also want to demonstrate what an important amenity the land on the edge of the village is as a winter recreation on the Vounog, and retain what is left of our country setting that is important for the health and well being of residents.

I hope to have details of this petition ready early this week, so please keep checking social media, the Council website and village notice boards and businesses for details.

I will also do my best to keep you informed on all matters to do with the above, but please feel free to contact me if you have any queries.

Cllr David Williams.
Community and County.

How Wrexham and Flintshire communities compare on latest COVID heat map

• Pen-y-ffordd and Higher Kinnerton – 56 cases and rate of 912.2 cases per 100,000 people

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Not sure how this works out but..........
Penyffordd has about 3500 residents
Higher Kinnerton has perhaps 2000 residents
which equals a total of 5500 residents.

Google tells me that 56 cases in a population of 5500 residents is 1.02%

It should be borne in mind that the PCR test for cases has a high rate of false positives.
If you trawl through my coronavirus label there's enough science.
Cases do not mean death or serious injury.
NHS are marking down Flu deaths as coronavirus deaths. I'm not making that up! Its on the net  in official documents. Its in my coronavirus label somewhere.

postscript. And as for how many have actually died of covid only the fairies know.

Lockdown Trouble

Through out the lock down since last March, volunteers have run an exchange of books, jigsaws, etc at the Penyffordd British Legion. Restrictions have been in place to limit any risk of coronavirus. Someone has phoned the Flintshire County Council to complain.

So the scheme has had to be stopped.

This was a very useful scheme to help people deal with mental issues, loneliness, etc.

Apparently complaints have also been made against Team Red at the Red Lion who are doing numerous schemes to help people through these times.

Joe Bonamassa - Drive (Official Video)

Nothing on the telly

Wifey is not happy with TV content, I agree after reading Sunday Times culture section.

We have Sky.

So Sky is being axed. I've asked Julian Richer about hard wiring a 4K telly to LAN / Internet

Also Sky News is not news it has bias, narrative.

Wifi and 5G suck. Them microwaves.

Soon to have 4 5G transmitters out side my house on the poles. ( plans in place for a  Faraday cage )

BT will not tell you this shit.

That's those boxes on the top of telegraph poles.

Youtube is tops excepting their censorship of right wing politics.

Currently watch Quest a lot. Salvage Hunters, Salvage Restorers and Vintage Voltage.

Electric cars are BS unless we have nuclear......

Happy New Year - Resolutions

You will be pleased to know that most peasants are abiding by FM Drakeford's diktats.

Main roads are dead. Got a disapproving look from a farmer's wife for sitting in my car in the middle of nowhere. This level of serfdom is depressing.

Resolutions 2021

1. To take no notice of FM Drakefords "rules"

2. To continue to not read media "news" I have robots for Penyffordd news.

3. To avoid having to take a Coronavirus vaccine.

4. Avoid discussions with people who believe what they read in the news about virus and vaccines.

5. To stop shouting at the telly. Re: support of black marxist organisations, idiots taking the bended knee.

6. Master sections of software in this e-book. http://www.cnc4free.org/
