Chester Road, Penyffordd props up Flintshire County Council's ailing trunk road system

We have a supposed purpose built By- Pass. If Penyffordd was closed to outside traffic, Penyffordd By-Pass and Penymynydd Roundabout would have queues at rush hour morning and evening. Flintshire Highways seems very content just to let larger and larger volumes of traffic invade Penyffordd without any thought for Traffic Calming. Shame on you. I know you are planning a token effort at the moment, we shall see if it works. Warren Hall A55 exit and Warren Hall Development will add a million or 2 of new traffic each year?
We currently have about 1, 040,000 passing through Chester Rd.
Under EU Law the allowance of all this current traffic and future Warren Hall traffic is perhaps illegal or against the spirit of the legislation. Currently Chester Rd is acting as the 2nd Penyffordd By-Pass.
