The other morning the school buses could not get up Penymynydd Rd due to parked vehicles.
Flintshire County Council will be taking over illegal parking shortly.
The WAG and FCC are to be congratulated over the following developments.

They need to do something about the parents who will do anything to get a parking place. Then race off into the traffic at speed, once they have picked up their children. The Council need to take a serious look at this situation.
