In Cindy's Newsletter there is a phone number to contact Manweb should there be an issue with a substation. I have one near me. I'm putting it on here so its online and Google searchable.
Manweb SP 0800 001 5400
Sometimes they go on fire, sometimes someone steals the electric cable and fittings. I find this quite clever. I can dismantle something live at 240v but stuff in a substation?
I suppose there are those that know and those that are dead. Here's the master Nikola Tesla sitting near a very large electrical discharge. Don't try this at home.
