Cindy's newsletter discusses plans by Flintshire County Council to categorize Penyffordd as Urban.
Which Cindy describes as ludicrous.
You have till 5 pm tomorrow to object at developmentplans@flintshire.gov.uk.
Haven't done a google on being urban yet but I can imagine its an excuse for more housing...

You may wish to peruse http://www.flintshire.gov.uk/en/PDFFiles/Housing/Housing-Strategy.pdf
It's all about more choice, improving people's lives, the needs of users, delivery and of course more houses........
