My recent blood pressure check brought up 160 / 90. Those in the know will realise this is not good.
We have our own meter which was dug out of stores.
My last reading was in the 138 / 88 range

Further postscript: Tesco sell beetroot juice £3 a litre, it tastes not unlike Ribena
but without all the sugar or sweeteners.
