ReplyDeleteFlintshire County Council I seem to remember have discussed turning off / turning down street light as you say in the small wee hours. There are community concerns regarding the advantages for the break in artists.
ReplyDeletePerhaps it will be done eventually to save money. Xmas lights are in the news today. FCC no longer want to store them.
