Well done Cindy Hinds, a brave woman.
Tom's man Colin Bithell resoundingly defeated. Will county council results be translated at community council level?
Perhaps the electorate were sick of having no doctors surgery, little investment in youth facilties, the ignoring of A55 Warren Bank making the centre of Penyffordd a large short cut for through traffic and HGV.
Perhaps it was the fielding of candidates that were too old and decrepit.
ps. Tom Jones will STILL be chairman of the new Community Council. Perhaps Clive Weed might have something to say about it, maybe not !

What a misleading headline! Tom Jones was elected third out of 11 candidates, despite (or thanks to?) your regular abusive comments on here. People LIKE Tom Jones because he always has time for them. You could learn a lot from him!
ReplyDeleteLike holding kangaroo courts to shut me up. Getting the county solicitor to sort me out.
ReplyDeleteThe headline was to do with Cindy Hinds' landmark victory over Colin Bithell who should not have stood for county.
Tom Jones is the reason Penyffordd has no doctors, little youth facilities, a short cut for lots of traffic and HGV.
Not a full size soccer pitch in view.
Tom Jones has been at the for front of contracting out. Lots of facilities are out of the village. It means you don't have to bother yourself.
Just my opinion
You should sustantiate your remarks. your proof would be interesting, bring it forward.
ReplyDeleteThis is typical of Colin Hughes---Trial by inuendo, trial without evidence, the man has no guts! aspersion after aspersion, no foundation whatsoever. Poor Ralph, perhaps he will back a better horse next time, his Candidate did not know how to run his election--no leaflet--relying on his infamous "Blog" only 230 silly people voted for him!!!
