Nothing more abhorrent than bullying in the workplace. Any man who bullies a woman is low life, pure and simple. He should hang his head in shame. Our Councillors should be setting a far better example than this. If they can't adhere to the Code of Conduct, they are not worthy of representing the people of Flintshire. Never mind the expense of a hearing, kick them out and don't delay!
ReplyDeleteGuilty till proven innocent I see, no smoke without fire and all that, why only last week I saw Cllr Heesom flying to County Hall on a broomstick.
ReplyDeleteGood job he can now retain lawyers capable of fighting the combined efforts of FCC and WAG in the shape of the ombudsmans office. Working in private industry I must say that any manager with sickness levels in his department such as those reported might well expect to be spoken to robustly. And we wonder where the money goes
