cc Chief Constable Mark Polin
Dear Cllr Woolley,
Hope you are well. The Deputy First Minister and the Minister for the Economy and Transport, Ieuan Wyn Jones has announced that councils in Wales should review speed limits.
As Chester Rd, Penyffordd has over 1000+ speeders each day on a major route to school even though we have a bypass I hope that Flintshire County Council will prioritise our road for review.
I and others in Chester Rd find it very unfair that FCC consider Chester Rd to be still very much part of the county trunk road network.

One hopes that FCC will change it's transport strategies and put communities before transport where expensive bypasses have been provided.
Sincerely Colin Hughes
for Chester Rd Penyffordd.
ps One hopes Chief Constable Mark Polin will restore traffic policing as part of police duties in North Wales especially Chester Rd, Penyffordd
