Dear Chief Constable,
I read in The Leader of the "Balance your Bobby" initiative.
As far as Chester Rd, Penyffordd is concerned Neigbourhood Forums and the Policing Pledge have been a gross failure. Speeding is wholesale and I am ignored totally by North Wales Police. I am banned from their Police Forum and the NWP website ignores speeding in Penyffordd.
Hardly a listening caring constabulary. Death by speeding seems to have become an acceptable risk for Penyffordd children.

To be fair you were not in charge of NWP whilst the above has carried on these last two years. The question is are you going to allow this charade to continue?
Myself and residents of Chester Rd want answers. It might also be a pertinent time to ask why Penyffordd councillors

continue to sit on their hands whilst out main route to school is a race track.
