Keeping people informed
If one reads Cllr David Williams' County Council reports one can see that he has had various exchanges with officers of Flintshire County Council over speeding in Chester Rd. Up until now I was unaware that these meetings were going on. If councillors are going to keep meetings secret and the traffic continues to speed through the village councillors have only themselves to blame if I continue my protest at the continuing speeding through Chester Rd Penyffordd.
