Click to enlargeCllr Stan Davies has 90 mph traffic passed his house that is set back off the road. He happens to live on the trunk road with a 60 mph limit. Stan's photo reminds me of the Great Train Robbers. Stan is part of the Cllr Tom Jones block vote. Stan is married to Edwina and they have a daughter called Sally.
