Flintshire Highways say "square abouts*" will slow traffic down to 10 mph for a proposed
190 house estate at Croes Atti in Flint.

Yet here in Chester Rd its flying passed at 60 mph

Their current position remains disgraceful

I welcome NWP involvement but they are not the solution.
