No speed enforcement. What could possibly go wrong. Car free roads for a good hammer through. Penyffordd Primary School are encouraging children to cycle to school. Extreme folly in my view.
ReplyDeleteCouncillor Alan Wight highlighted " At peak times it gets very busy with fast moving traffic, HGVs and dozens of children waiting for school buses crossing the road."
