So we have 2 local institutions, the British legion and the Penyffordd Institute turning their backs on local residents who are having difficulties with the new parking restrictions.
Social cohesion = Zero.
In fairness, parking at the club has always been for club members or patrons. The fact that it's now going to be abused by people because they can't park outside their homes shouldn't earn them any derision for just enforcing a policy which was already in place.
