Two stihl chainsaws went missing in our row last month. I do not think they will have been reported stolen.
It is known why they went missing and when.
One wonders how many crimes go unreported.
There is also the point of who is doing all the pinching.
People in the country know who and the police know who.
Police action seems to be reduced to handing out leaflets..................................
