You will notice that there are no comments on the various applications in the minutes. It has all been "resolved" by Chairman Tom.
Penyffordd Wine Circle the only group within the village ever refused with no reason given you invertebrates.
Why aren't the "resolved comments" in the minutes ?
I presume Chairman Tom says they are not needed.
A travesty of process that's for sure.

The minutes a waste of paper councillors ! Not a true reflection of the meeting.
No bottle amongst any of you.

The Tom Jones Dictionary
resolve - verb - to resolve, meaning to hide dirty dealings from the residents,
to make council minutes meaningless
Scribe Nigel had the decency to say he was sorry the Wine Circle grant had been refused. The only gentleman who sits amongst Penyffordd Cllrs that's for sure.
ReplyDeleteChairman Tom's Church had assets of
ReplyDeleteReserves Policy
General Fund
At 31 December 2008 unrestricted general reserves
amounted to £236 million.
So I suppose the extra £150 will come in handy Tom.
It should be added that the declarations of interest are meaningless and redundant as the resolved comments are not present.
ReplyDeleteHow come Penyffordd Bowling Club get 200 notes? Is it full of Masons ?
ReplyDeleteWHATS HAPPENED TO THE £234,000 TAYOR WIMPY OFFERED WHERES THAT MONEY GONE !!! I WANT TO KNOW AS WE ALL SUFFER THE NOISE /DUST /AND VEIW OF THOSE GOD UNSIGHTLY BOXIES THEIR BUILDING
ReplyDeleteI hope Penyffordd cllrs recognise the tone of your comment ie. CAPS equals shouting.
DeleteYour first port of call with regards noise and dust is Cllr Cindy Hinds hdencin@aol.com and or Cllr David Williams dwillderw@yahoo.co.uk
They will check to see if Taylor Wimpey are operating within the terms laid out by Flintshire County Planning.
If they can't help then Dave Goodban of the Flintshire Chronicle will help. This will mean sticking your head above the parapet though lol.
With regards £234k. Should this be dealt with by our elected representatives or a leaflet drop questionaire to all residents and or a public meeting?
The grants committee showed a lack of fairness, fairplay and professionalism allowing personal grudges to cloud their judgement.
Lets not forget that many of the grants committee have been responsible for under par investment in village infra stucture.
Cllr David Williams has the data to show how bloody poor our councillors have been.
