Mark Tami: Does the hon. Gentleman accept that it also happens the other
way? I have come across cases in which supermarkets have turned around
and said that they do not want an order any more at very short notice.
The supermarkets have the power to say to smaller suppliers, “Take
it or leave it, because we can go elsewhere and you cannot.”
