Morning Colin,
ReplyDeleteThat is indeed a glowing and well deserved tribute to David Price. I remember him well from my time in Llandudno. He absolutely made any occasion. He was a kind gracious man, and men like David do not pass through this world too often, it is a privilege when they do.
I had no idea he lived in Penyffordd, so Thank You for reporting his passing and so kindly. This is where communication is so important, not everyone lives in Penyffordd and yet a Blog like yours is invaluable, keeping us well informed.
Thank you again Colin.
Many thanks for your comments. Yes there are many reasons for having a village blog (newspaper) It allows people from all over the world to communicate and find out information about where they formerly lived.
ReplyDeleteYou say " I had no idea he lived in Penyffordd"
There will be those in Penyffordd who will say " We had no idea he was town crier in Llandudno."
best wishes
