Is it like the Penyffordd Community Council where you have to be one of the Tom Jones/Colin Bithell clique, or can anybody apply?
ReplyDeleteTo be fair to Tom's group they were voted in fair and square.
ReplyDeleteI would imagine that any help given to the Institute will be received with open arms. There are big changes with regards the Penyffordd Carnival this coming year as the previous organisers are standing down.
