Eddie's fight with cancer came to a peaceful end on 25th of February at his home in Penyffordd in the comfort and care of his family.

I liked Eddie. Always a smile on his face, always willing to pass the time of day. A true gentleman.

Many years ago when Eddie first came to live in Upton all the girls including myself fancied him like mad. Many years later I met up with him again and more recently we were in the Upton History Group together. Whenever you met him he always made you laugh he was a lovely lovely man. Eddie Im going to miss you terribly.
