FTTP coming to Penyffordd

 I was talking to the BT sub contractors the other day who are adding extra cable to the telegraph poles and underground system. They are connecting FTTP to the communications system.

To the un initiated (includes me) this is fibre cable that will have internet speeds up to 1000 Mbps
( megabytes per second )

FTTP stands for Fibre to the Premises. This is the best connection available.

Looks like I will have to upgrade our network server computer to cope.

Don't like Wifi with all the microwave energy hammering around the house. Its switched  on when required then switched off. All network systems are cable.

Note, not many talk about the health implications of the upcoming 5G.
