It's like shooting fish in a barrel. I go through Hope regularly always one or two parked on the double yellows opposite the doctors.
Infinite revenue for the council.
Cars parked on pavements has been a problem since I had a twin pushchair that I had to push on the Penymynydd Road over 45 years ago.......the council doing some thing at last!
