has been the headline of the media this last few weeks.

It would appear that august body The EU are causing it.

Our Government and the WAG gold plating it
We're very good at gold plating stuff to do the country the maximum harm.
You would wonder who our civil service actually work for.

Apparently we the UK advise countries around the world how to deal with flooding but ignore our own advice.
Control of course rears its ugly head.

Do what the EU wants or we stop your money.
