One wonders whether councillors will be able to ring up County Hall to order a parking officer on the hoof so to speak. To penalise those they do not like.
ReplyDeleteIt should be pointed out that Flintshire has many areas of high vehicle density ( Shotton) due to planners not realising the amount of vehicles that would surround houses.
