At a time when serious issues like Schools merging, speeding traffic, Streetscene are on the Flintshire CC agenda. Cllr. Halford chooses to dip her toes instead into the world of the AM's to stab another ex colleague between the shoulder blades. It is reassuring to know that Cllr. Halford is up to speed on Council matters-NOT. If however there is a Council meeting and there is a vote, she can do what she does best, abstain!
