Dear Leader,
At the recent Penyffordd Neighbourhood forum North Wales Police promised to tackle speeding in Chester Rd, Penyffordd which is the village centre and a major "route to school" for young children.
One month on nothing. No communication with Chester Rd residents and no action. Of what use are Police Pledges, Balance your Bobby and other initiatives if North Wales Police do not act on community concerns?
