Spotted this morning at 9.00 am at Serenity Lane next to A55. A traffic policemen I would say checking tax discs.
The position is perfect for tax discs as the car is hidden till the last moment.
Its the second of April, the 1st being a Sunday which is a no buy tax disc day.
Will the policemen book you for being 2 days late?

Our experience is yes. Is this pressure from Mr Brunstrom or The Treasury?

This sort of low down trick is not called for if you want the public on your side.
Policing is only possible with the majority of the public's consent.
Well in a democracy it is...........................
