Why does PCC have a community cllr who does not live in the Penyffordd ward? He lives in Ewloe.

A group of individuals seen sneaking around one of the new estates at 3am, Friday or Saturday. CCTV footage was on Facebook. Now taken down after a neighbour complained about his house being on the film.
