We've submitted our objection to the proposals at Warren Hall because it would mean traffic coming at us from both sides.

Concerns about traffic have prompted one community council in neighbouring Penyffordd to object.

"We've already got traffic problems in Penyffordd because of the increase in traffic to Castle Cement as a result of the development there," said community councillor Derek Darlington.

"We've submitted our objection to the proposals at Warren Hall because it would mean traffic coming at us from both sides," he added.

But in nearby Broughton, some believe the development could improve congestion in their area.
