Rise of Prices in Houses for Sale in Penyffordd District

A few weeks ago I saw a house price in our area that I thought was excessive. Today sees another house put up for rather a large amount. Perhaps I'm not keeping up with housing prices.

Our Caring Government - Putting Corona Virus infected patients into Care Homes

https://www.channel4.com/news/revealed-local-authority-calls-on-care-home-providers-to-accept-covid-positive-hospital-patients

1000's of care home residents died. Maybe 10's of thousands.

Hospitals have been half empty with millions of cancer treatments cancelled.

Our local corona virus hospital at Deeside Leisure Centre was never used.

Corona Positive Tests

Prof. @carlheneghan
explains the PCR test. A positive test, in an asymptomatic person, doesn't tell you if they have an active infection, or if they had it two months ago. Yet msm and Govt. induce panic, by reporting all positive tests, as "infections" Shame on them Pls RT

Corona Virus madness - Masks

Masks are having to be worn from Monday in shops in Wales. I see on Wrexham.com people are gagging to wear them. Sheep! Baaaa.

With all the knowledge on social media available people are still acting stupid, ill-informed.

Masks do not stop the virus, they are also a health hazard to your respiratory system. This has been repeated ad infinitum on Twitter. I'm not talking keyboard warriors here I'm talking advice from  scientists, professors, experts on virus.

I've worn a mask once to get my haircut. Looks like I have to wear one when I go to the Post Office with orders. Other than that anyone pushing mask wearing can FRO.

The stupidity of goverment is very evident.

Many businesses will not survive this stupidity.

Penyffordd remains very quiet, subdued. Lots more people out walking, less cars in the village. As far as I'm concerned this can continue.

To The Maelor

Twice yearly test of bodily functions.

Mask wearers walking around like zombies around hospital grounds in fresh air.

I see masks, I see idiots, ill educated, frightened people.

Primed by Main Stream Media

PCC must be reading their biased rubbish ie. BLM

Treated like kryptonite for bloods, urine test, BP.

Its all an act, unit is empty but act to be busy.

NHS has killed 1000's sending infected to care homes.

Employees threatened with sack if they comment

Local doctors deserted.

LTN

 Low Traffic Neighborhoods

This is a good idea

Especially if you have a bypass

This seems to have bypassed Penyffordd Community Council and FCC

Loads of yellow lines to facilitate speedy pass through

Best not audit speeding  to show what (edited) you are

Corona Virus Update

The village remains quiet. Some people still treating others as bubonic plague carriers. Less masks though. In fact I did not see one today on my daily walk.

In today’s
@Telegraph

“How many people would guess,...that 5 times as many people in England and Wales died of influenza in the first week of July than died of Covid-19?”
