Four fluorescents seen loitering with intent on Chester Rd. Otherwise known as Flintshire Highway Officers.
I'm told traffic calming money is in place. The legals have been sorted.

    I hear Nigel the Clerk was driving up Chester Rd with three cars behind him when someone overtook the lot of them. All inside the 30 mph. Traffic calming? Bring it on, slow the idiots down if you won't take licences off them.
