The above are not tackling speeding in small communities. In the last 15 minutes about 10 cars have piled through the 30 mph village at about 50 mph. The high profile mobile speed display looks good in the papers but is only a token to small Welsh villages who lack powerful politicians to raise their corner. I wonder how Northop gets Arrive Alive 7.30am on a Saturday morning?
Arrive Alive and the Police lack the resources to deal with this issue at the present time. It should be openly debated.
