    You ARE allowed to sit in to any community council meeting Colin
    Though you cannot comment on the proceedings

    Hi John
    Quite familiar with the proceedings. They once tried to have a secret meeting to discuss ways of shutting me up over speeding traffic. A retired former county council leader came along and organised a sit in until the secret meeting was cancelled. It's a rough place Penyffordd.
    We're all big mates now though honest !
